Only you can make the Decision on whether to push for a another MR, however your post suggests that the DWP have already looked at the Decision twice with your letter considered as part of the second MR.

If you decide to appeal then the Tribunal panel will have no interest in your having made a complaint to the DWP about the problems with the MR process, they are inly concerned with whether you meet the criteria for an award.

That happened to me too. The DWP told me they had sent me my mandatory decision notice but I never received it! Only found out too late to make a normal appeal. Has anyone else experienced this?
