Hi Gordon
Having now to attend f2f at Edmund house Birmingham in next few days, can anyone tell me if they've been inside building and had assessment their?? Is it ground floor?? Lifts?? Disabled toilet?? Desperately would like to know in advance. My doctor did write and explain I'm immobile and a home visit was needed but they've obviously ignored this request, p lease can you help . Many thanks in advance

Hi Dribble, I thought I'd have a look and see if I could find any info for you. This centre isn't amongst those listed elsewhere on this site so there's no info for it. Having had a quick skim on Google, it appears that parking is likely to be your first issue. Have you tried ringing Capita and asking for information about the accessibility?

Was thinking of doing so,,but worried already about how they will interpret my enquiries!!!! . There isn't any close enough parking according to Google, so I'm gonna have to get dropped on street outside.can't help thinking I'm being set up to fail already.

Was tempted to do that but conscious of drawing attention to myself, but looks like I have little option . Are you able to post a message across the forum for me asking other claimants about this centre?

Hi Dribble

There are steps up to the building as it's on a bit of s hill. Once inside the building there's a lift.

All the best!
