We got dropped off just over the road by the taxi as it was a one way street. Although he could've dropped us off just around the corner. Look out for a place called Asha's as it's right next door & goes around that corner. But when we were waiting for the taxi on the way back people were getting dropped off right outside. That's the Colmore Row side by Snow Hill
Station.

Hi Bud,
I Had my f2f there today, parking is an issue get taxi to drop you outside the front door or if they come in from the other direction because of the one way system then they can drop you right on the corner of the building. There are a few steps outside but if you go to the left by the coffee shop there is a ramp.
Once your in go to the front desk ask for capita and the bloke will show you to life and scan his card so you can go up to 2nd floor, come out of lift go to the right then go through door immediately on the left thats the waiting room there are 4 or 5 girls on the reception give one of them your id then take a seat and wait to be called in by your assessor, if your unlucky like I was you will have 2 of them, the 1 taking you in will say I'm a trainee and I'm being assessed do you mind if somebody sits in. only thing is even though I was looking at her the whole time I could see him in my peripheral view and he spent the whole time looking at me and what I was doing which I thought strange considering he was supposedly there to assess her.
At the end she told me I could be waiting upto 8 weeks for a decision maybe longer as they are backlogged.
All I can say from there is good luck.
One more thing at the end she walked me back out to reception whilst she went in front the other 1 came out behind me, obviously watching every move I made. Good Luck.

Hi Dribble

I went with my partner for his assessment, the woman he saw was quite nice. It did go very well as he went from low both components DLA, to PIP high, & low mobility, which quite shocked us as most people seemed not to the mobility. There seemed to be mostly young women doing the assessments, they all appeared quite pleasant, apart from one on the main desk who seemed a bit sour faced, but there's always one eh. Good luck!
