I have been talking to her for most of the day. Since all this started with the disallowance, she has had to be medicated and put back on to her inhalers. She is now very angry and upset now that she has saw the report and the lies that have been written. She is more or less agoraphobic. I literally have to drag her out of the house to get her to see a GP but apparently she walks her dog every day, goes to Tesco every day, local shop every day, her and her boyfriend go out regularly for lunch and dinner etc. The report is a pure fabrication.
I'm pretty sure I read in one of your guides that it's best to do minimal work towards the MR as the chances of it being over turned wasn't great?

Revision rates at the MR stage are very low but they do happen, I can't advise what is the best course of action for your client, submitting or not submitting evidence to the MR may not significantly affect the time for a Decision to be made.

Be aware that any deterioration on your clients conditions since the original Decision cannot be considered by either the DWP or an appeal panel.
