I understand thanks. more questions will follow as I feel a little bit overwhelmed and I will not be fighting for all of the points just the ones that I think are relevant to me. plus I don't know the date of the hearing and feel like I am running out of time.

You'll get a minimum of two weeks notice and usually longer. If you phone the Tribunal Service they should be able to give you an idea of wait times for your venue.

OK, I am writing the submission and have no idea what and how this goes I am using the template in the PIP-subs Pdf. what do I send in my bundle do I send everything the DWP sent to me or just send in the paperwork I have as my defense I am not adding new papers.
also, do I put the page numbers of what I would like the tribunal to look at (DWP number system)

You only need to send any new information that you have, the DWP bundle will have also been sent to the Tribunal Service and they will add the new pages to this.

If you want to reference a page then use the number added to each page, usually in the top right hand corner.

If you want some structure to your submission then habe a summary page with a one sentence / short paragraph for each issue you are raising followed by a a detailed explanation of each issue, lastly any additional evidence that you are submitting.
