I sent in my ESA50 completed around 3 months ago, and just got a letter back to day saying.
we have looked at your claim again following a recent change. from July 2017 your ESA will be £109.65 a week. This is because of a secision on your capability for work. You have been placed in the Support Group. You meet the elibibility criteria for Support Group.
Then it has the amounts I will be paid and under the amounts it says
"the amount on this page apply from July 2017 to 27th Nov 2017"
But does this mean I have only been put into the support group until 27th Nov 2017? Or does this mean something else? if something else how do I know how long I have been placed into the support group?
Does this letter mean that I have been placed in the support group without the need of an F2F?
The date in November is an administrative date related to the payment of the Christmas Bonus, it's not impossible that your claim will be reviewed in November but it won't be as a result of this letter.
You can find out what the reassessment date is by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim.
