PIP medical: Typical day was created by Heather
I am being transfered from DLA to PIP and have a home medical on Monday from ATOS. I cannot give any evidence about a typical day. I have poor memory and cannot tell the difference between what I did yesterday or this morning or a month ago. I fill in gaps in my memory and I am very convincing to myself and others. So in previous assessments I say that I cannot tell the difference, etc. I feel that this goes against me and makes me look like I am refusing to give information. Also, every time I do a "memory test" I score reasonably well - I used to be really brainy and have a wizzard memory, when in real, practical life I am completely useless now. So this makes me look like a liar too. How should I deal with this in the medical?

I'm afraid all you can do is explain the situation, if you have included this information in your PIP2 form then it should be considered.
