esa conflicting advice was created by nes or yo
i'm currently on esa wrag and pip,
recently i have been re-assessed for esa
i filled in the esa50 (i think it was esa50 or 53 or something like that)
and then had a wca via maximus, the results of which I'm not overly optimistic about
2 weeks later i phoned to see if a decision was made,
the man on the phone was unsure but eventually said i "had not met the required threshold" and that i had to wait till the decision letter arrived before i could apply for a mandatory reconsideration,
in the same phone call i requested a copy of the f2f assessment report.
1 week later i received a copy of the assessment report but still no decision letter
today i phoned again and got a different person on the phone and they said no decision has been made yet so now i don't know who to believe
the 1st person who said that i hadn't met the threshold (did he maybe quickly scan over the assessors report and give me his opinion?) though he did say i should be receiving a decision soon
or
the 2nd person who insisted that no letter had been sent and that no decision had been made
my guess is no one will have a concrete answer for me but in an attempt to lower my extremely high anxiety levels what are you thoughts?
many thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi nes or yo,
They really know how to raise anxiety, don't they?!
I'm afraid there is not much I can suggest. However, if a decision is made that is not in your favour, the time to request an MR does not start until the date of the decision letter. So you are not being disadvantaged by the wait (other than the effects on your mental health).
At least your ESA is still in payment until a new decision is made!
