I had recently. They have no knowledge of me having a f2f !!
Does this mean that I might have to have another f2f ?
Anyone else had this happen ?

How long ago was the assessment? if only a couple of days (not including the weekend) then you may have been too quick to make the request, if it has been a week or more then you need to contact the Assessment Provider to find out what is going on.

The F2F was last Wednesday. I had a phone call on the Monday before
and just given the date and time. Just 48 hours notice.
I haven't got anything in writing .
