Hello everyone.
I am seriously concerned regarding my ESA.
It is now over two years since I applied and I have had appointments repeatedly cancelled. There was a good 9 month plus gap where I didn't hear anything. Then when I refuse one assessment that finally came through, they sent a letetr asking for reasons. This letetr was incomplete and rife with grammatical errors. In addition it contained no form to fill in nor a return envelope.
I did call and was given an address to send my reasons too. They claimed that I didn't send it nor call. Well when I shoed them screenshots of the call with the date etc and then a video of me putting the letter in the envelope and posting it, they made a very quick U turn.
I then again months later had a home visit refused and they give my details to a third party with no consent. A taxi firm. I refused to go for varioous reasons. My mental health being one and the effects of such. Especially with strangers in which they and myself could be put at risk. Plus I disassociate from reality and shut down even in places with which I feel safe. I did so in a therapy session recently.
I had requests for recordings ignored. I've been threatened by CHDA. I record all calls. I've had complaints ignored by both the CHDA and the DWP.
A complaint was also issued to Andrew Rhodes. No response and it was signed for and I have had confirmation that it was received.
In addition, an ESA113 was returned by a GP 2 years ago. My condition has drastically worsened since then and I have a further diagnosis of PTSD, yet over 2 years later the same form is still being used.
Not one person at the DWP has had the sense to investigate as to the length of time this has taken. WAY out of the 13/14 weeks time frame. I would say that the CHDA has breached it's contract with the DWP and I also believe that the CHDA and DWP have colluded to find me fit for work regardless of any WCA taking place.
This is causing me immense amounts of distress which, along with other issues in my life, is having a severe effect on others around me also.

If I understand you post correctly, you made a claim for ESA some two years ago and despite various (failed) attempts to assess you, you are still receiving the Assessment rate and no award has been made.
I'm afraid there is no required timescale for an assessment to be done within although I agree that two years is ridiculous! If the DWP have take no action to prioritise your assessment with CHDA then your only option is to involve your MP.
Contacting your MP
they may be able to place pressure on the DWP to get your assessment held sooner rather than later.
