To be honest it is up to you and what you feel comfortable with and can actually manage, what I would say is keep the same format for each question.

The advantage of using the guide "formula" is that it means you cover everything.

What I did was for each activity and problem, I wrote a short summary followed by a more detailed explanation using the guide. So as an example for Preparing food; I wrote that due to problems with my hands I could not hold a knife or lift a pan and then explained why and then that I need prompting to cook and why, etc.

Dear Moderators,

Update,

I have today received the PIP2 form, I telephoned the start of August and the form I received today has to be returned by the start of September, giving me 21 days (allowing 3 days delivery) to complete it.
Thank goodness I was able to take benefits and works advice and start to structure my answers early to be prepared.
Thanks.

Dear Moderators,

Update,

I have posted my completed PIP2 form today.

Now I just wait. I think there are still delays in my area.

If any members are interested it was £7.25 postage.

Kind Regards and thank you, so far !

Dear Moderators,

When the DWP receives your completed PIP form, how long are appointments to attend a f2f taking at the moment please.

Thank you.

The last time we had feedback on the forum we were looking 12-16 weeks for most of the country and 16-20 weeks for he East Midlands although some members were reporting even longer waits.

Dear Moderators,

Update,

I received a reminder letter today that the DWP have not received my completed PIP2 form. I telephoned the DWP and they advised me to ignore the letter and my PIP2 form has been scanned in to the system. I was also told that the health care professionals will look at it now and that f2f are taking 6-8 weeks.

Thanks.
