Your Disability Living Allowance is Ending

After a PIP consultation, is the form you ask the DWP for a copy of still called a PA4 Medical Consultation Report please.

When I called the DWP and asked for copy of assessment report I was told that they had to pass it to a case manager for permission for it to be sent and that they did not have the authority to send it to me, is this normal ?

I have received my PA4 report.
11 Points for Daily Living and 4 points for Mobility. Duration is for 2 years.

I am very surprised that I did not score anything for activity 7. Communicating verbally. I wear a hearing aid and I had it in on the day of the consultation, shouldn't I have scored b. needs to use an aid to hear ?

I am also very surprised at the fact that the assessor has only given me a 2 year period, I provided evidence that my conditions have been/are long term, 27 years !

I am disappointed that my assessor was a paramedic when I suffer with mental health.

One other point please, my ESA support group was deferred until this December, will this PIP report have any effect on my ESA at all.
