Well my fellow sufferers. I was on indefinite DLA H/Mobility L/Care.

That time has come like many of you, I've had my PIP form filled it in and had the two weeks extension. Now today posted it back 31st July to reach the, by the 4th Aug. 2nd class recorded?
I managed to drag it out two months so far.

I suffer both physically and mentally.

I have detailed the form an detailed it the best I can and submitted with Docs letters explains most of my can't cope on my own etc, consultant psychiatrist detailing everything , ESA85a as it also clearly states deterioration In function noted etc.

Also CAB gave me a letter to send explains I couldn't cope with this ordeal.

I attended there with my friend as he typed it all out for them to write it all in the form.

This letter below was from CAB. Below.

The letter is to confirm that (Me) attended the Citizens Advice on the 19th July accompanied with his friend to help and support (Me) as he was being transferred over from DLA and needed help to fill in the PIP application form, on his behalf as (Me) was unable to cope or deal with it by himself and (Me) was also getting very Anxious and in pain.

The PIP form was completed by Citizens Advice volunteer at a form filling appointment using the information provided by (Me) and his friend.

Because (Me) I was unable to carry on due to he's difficulties and he found the whole process upsetting he left the CAB the advisor told to leave all the paperwork with us and we will fill it in as we had all the information supplied by me and his friend. We advised them to pick up the paperwork a few days later.

Which we did? They had all the paperwork Me and my friend supplied plus all my evidence (Medical) and they sent me this letter above and stated that I couldn't cope.

I just don't understand any of these forms and I'm so fed up going around and around in circles, I just feel like giving it all up. I've bee in the ESA Support group for over 3 years April was my 3 years on top of all this as well.

Will the CAB letter help as I sent that in as well as all my Medical paperwork...

Is there any hope... How long for assessment ish. Which I can't cope with and my medical team have clearly stated I can't attend.

Please why are they punishing us and they know I'm not getting any better but deteriorating and they've noted that themselfs.

There are considerable delays in the PIP assessment system so be prepared for a long wait, we are currently advising 12-16 weeks for most areas.

Thanks Gordon, I see there are delays as I've read other members replys? but I was hoping for a little of feedback on the information I stated other than delays, I'm sorry if I sound harsh but it's not meant to be sounding like that. just fed up like most of us.. I was hoping Will the CAB letter Etc help.

I think it's important to explain how the form was completed and this may assist in explaining your problems with the PIP activities but I'm not sure that it does more than this.

As the form was completed by CAB it's difficult to offer comment, I assume that you have read it and are happy with the content.

Thanks Gordon as I stated my friend and I had pre typed it all and they filled it all in as it was typed by us? And they see the proplems I was facing while they filled it all in.

Yes it was what I was happy with. I added it as they explained how I was suffering with it all.

Hey everyone I've decided I can't cope with going through all this crap anymore. If I get accepted for PIP from indefinite DLA fair enough i have clearly stated I won't be going to any assessments so has all my medical teams. I just can't battle anymore it's just all to much. I can't deal with it...

As that said I know there's long delays.. is it countrywide as I'm in Shropshire West Midlands.
I will let you all know the results which ever way it goes...
