Hi does any one know if I can appeal my pip apaty from writing on paper,
my problem is I have no sight in my keft eye , and limited xision in left,
although I am literate I cannot read back what I have written to make sure I have inckudes everytging abd I do not have access to a printer abd my lap top is old but ont obseete,( bit like myself)

I lve alone and also have anxiety issues in crowds shps etc.

the nurse prationer who evaluraws me either didn't listen to my answers or had a quota to fill,

any hemp or advice would be appreicatrf
apologises if spelling or grammer poor as evem at 150 % I still find it hard to read back

Have you had a Mandatory Reconsideration of the Decision?

You cannot appeal a Decision until an MR has bee done.

If you are at the appeal stage then I am not sure that the Tribunal Service will accept an appeal request made via email, this is considered to be an insecure service by the Government because there is no way to validate who the person sending the email is.
