If you have DLA higher rate mobility would that put you in the support group for ESA instead of WRAG

Not necessarily as the ESA mobility descriptor also assesses whether they believe you could self-propel a wheelchair over the appropriate distance. This applies even if you do not have, and have never been advised to get, a wheelchair!

To score maximum points for the ESA descriptor you would also have to show why you would not be able to use and self-propel a wheelchair.
