Received a copy of my pip assessment and it's all lies !! It states I can do things alone without help which I never do due to severe pain, depression and panic attacks. Is there anything I can do now or do I have to wait for the results and have my car taken away? So distraught at the blatant lies !
You can write to the DWP with your views of the assessment report, try and stick to issues of fact but if you do decide to challenge any of the assessors opinions then reference your comments back to your original PIP2.
There is a narrow window for you to be able to do this so your letter needs to be sent as soon as possible.
