I received my AP report as I required and all is lies. Still don''t have a decision. Should I send a complain about the assessor opinion or first I need to get the official decision form DWP? Thanks!

There is a narrow window where your input might affect the Decision.

Write to the DWP office dealing with your claim, for the attention of the Decision Maker.

Deal with issues in the report that directly relate to your scoring points, try and stick to matters of fact but if you do take issue with the assessors opinions then do so be referring back to your own PIP2 and evidence.

Thank you Gordon! I had already called to DWP and they transferred me to decision makers. A lady named Kelly sounded really nice. She took my messages and said will tell to her manager that in AP is a big differences. She said that the assessor doesn't make the decision only the manager does it. Asked her should I go over the pages one by one and she said it is not necessary. Do you think I need to write on the copy my comments and send it tomorrow or it wont be in my favour? Thanks!
