On the other hand these types of issues are confirmation of problems in the mental health half of the ESA activities and it could be important to mention them.

On balance it is usually best to mention things if for no other reason that if you don't then they can't be considered.

Thanks as ever for your useful posts.
I am not quite clear what you mean when you say issues towards anger.
I tend to turn my anger inwards more on myself in the form of inwardly turned fits of rage.
Also stressful things have become that much more stressful since I received the ESA50, plus my CPN and GP not knowing the benefits system.
I think I will mention that the reassessment has caused more mental distress because that mental distress covers things, but if you could think of any more I could add, being more expert than me, I would be really glad to hear it.
