Could someone please help. I helped a relation claim PIP, she got enhanced daily living and standard mobility. Now her mobility condition is much worse, she is undergoing tests at the hospital but can hardly walk. Should we wait for test results first or can we claim on basis she cannot walk? and how do we make a claim for enhanced mobility now her condition has changed? THANK YOU

They will need to have suffered the deterioration for at least three months for an award to be made.

She will need to show that she meets the criteria for a higher award, without an understanding of how they qualified foe their existing award it's impossible to say how easy this might be.

If they want to go ahead with reporting this to the DWP then they need to write to the DWP office dealing with their claim, notifying them of the deterioration and asking to be reassessed. They need to understand that this is will be a full reassessment of their claim, new PIP2 and almost certainly a face to face assessment.
