Timescales for Appeal was created by Victoria Priestley
This isn't terribly important, I guess the answer is just 'wait and see'. I am waiting for a tribunal date now, some evidence was provided by friends to the Court, which has acknowledged it, and unusually, no counter justification back from DWP (they challenged everything I submitted up to that point). None of it is new, it is all corroboration of what has already been stated (in an updated GP report). Any guidance on whether I should enquire? It is the holiday period. I'd hate for it to drop off the radar because I hadn't enquired.

Give the Tribunal Service a call they may be able to tell you waiting times for your area.

Your appeal won't drop off of the radar.
