Hi,

I have 2 questions if that's ok. Just received esa50 for reassessment.

1) Have done an in-depth 10 page document as per your guides. However I'm worried about sending it to them at this stage as they may say if you've done that in a short amount of time your ok. I have chronic fatigue and doing this doc has my health has seriously deteriorated which I have tried to make clear. Any advice?

2) I need to answer questions for majority of time, but last month I have really deteriorated. Should I answer questions for now or before I received the esa50.

Also do you know any good places where I can access case law.

Many thanks, Vicky

1. Forgive me but I am unsure what the 10 page document you are referring to is? If you have received an ESA50 then you need to complete and return this

2. Complete the ESA50 as you are now but explain how your condition varies.

I would be cautious of using Case Law at this stage of the process, do an internet search for "esa case law". If you do make reference to a UTT Decision then make sure that you fully understand what the ruling means.

The 10 page document is what I've done to submit with my esa50. Should I send it at this stage
