The decision has come on us my wife has Lupus, we got standard mobility and Daily living - enhanced rate, so we lost our car
Gordon how long does it take now to reach the tribunal stage please any estimate??
I know we have the option to keep car for 6 months but it tribunal is longer their is no point. A

It's not impossible for a Tribunal to be held and the Decision actioned within six months, but there is no way that I can guarantee it.

In effect, the tribunal remakes the original decision. Therefore payments will also be backdated to this point.

One more question this first time we got enhanced daily living, does one have to apply separate for carers allowance now, before in DLA we have lower rate only...I could not get it as result....

Carers Allowance is a separate benefit so you will have to apply for it, see
