hi everybodyi sent my pip review form back 6 weeks ago and not heard anything yet.
i was just wandering how you can supply further evidence to dwp after you have sent the review form back.
i had a consultation with my consultant on the 2nd of august and he has supplied me with a letter stating that some of my pain medicine be uped to maximum dosage and also to replace tromodol withbuprenorphine patches starting at 5mcg/hour and then to increment this in 5mcg/hour up to 20mcg/hour and i am also waiting on a mri scan on my spine.
The letter is very supportive and explains my other conditions such as severe depression and my inability to carry out daily activities and that i am in a wheel chair which severely limits my mobility.
Should i send a copy of this letter now to dwp or wait until they send me for a f2f and present this letter to the assessor at my assessment.

I would send it to the Assessment Provider now.

Whilst it's unlikely from your post this new information could result in them doing a Paper Based Review.

If you still have a face to face then take the documents with you and ask the assessor to read them and include them in your file before the start the interview.

It's up to you whether you also send a copy to the DWP, we haven't seen any significant problems with claimants adding information via the AP.

hi everybody just a quick update for you on my situation.
I attended a face to face on 6/9/17 and still awaiting decision. But i did ring dwp and asked them for a copy of assessment report. This duly arrived today and although the assessor does not make the decision based on what the the assessor recommended i should be awarded enhanced rares for both components (14 points for each component.)
just have to wait for decision but here's hoping!!!

hi everybody got my decision letter yesterday and was awarded enhanced care and enhanced mobility. Previously i was on standard care and enhance mobility, so my award has actually gone up after review.
I have been awarded this until 2021 but up for review in 2020, anyway would like to thank everybody on this site for all the wonderful information, help, and support that has been given.
overall the whole process from receiving review form to decision has taken 4 months.
