Ok - a couple of questions
1. Is it worth me telephoning them to let them know i've sent the written request for an MR - so a record exists ?
2. I got a text acknowledging receipt of my PIP 2 form - would they notify me of a receipt of a written MR request ?
3. Am i correct in thinking that written answers to questions constitute 'evidence' as much as any medical records ?

thanks again

1. There's no requirement for you to do this, but you can't do any harm if you want to.

2. We seen mixed results reported on the forum, some members have been notified and other's not.

3. Yes.
