Revision rates at MR are low, so you may need to go to appeal to get a higher award, so you need to consider this.

I think it unlikely that your current award would be reduced given how you scored, but I can't guarantee it, so your decision primarily revolves around whether you can show that you cannot complete the higher Descriptor reliably and on the majority of days.

Sorry that case is badly labelled.

There is ESA case law for similar circumstances, I realise that this is not legally binding on a PIP claim, but the argument is reasonable and if you don't make it then you are unlikely to score the extra points.

Is that CASELAW for esa? It says pip ? And it is a good one to use for pip ? With u saying it's badly labelled ?

Also do u have the link for the doesnt does not mean never ?
