In answer to the question on the ESA50 form:-
"Please tell us about any times or dates in the next 3 months when you cannot go to a face-to-face assessment."
Obviously you need to give any dates but do you also need to give the reasons for being unavailable for a F2F assessment?

If it doesn't ask for a reason then you don't have to supply one.

It doesn't ask for a reason it just gives an example i.e.
