First F2f not at home this Monday was created by Steven
Hi. I have my esa f2f on Monday. It's the first time Iv been forced to go to the center for it. So im feeling more worried as i will need to take my mum and be push in my chair. With my spine I really stuggle to sit in it as I can only sit leaning back as it takes the weight of my spinal cord. So sitting in my chair kills and bumps ect kill. I have to sit holding my weight with my hands , so can't push myself ect.
I'm feeling really worried about what they will make me do there, as at home Iv been in bed as that's the only way I'm in less pain (even tho that is agony aswel but least). I am terrified about it, my pain wil b up more there, I panic and all that makes my mind go blank as the pain takes over. I worried about it , I wil need my mum to push me but i prefer talking to docs ect in privet as I'm very privet with my illness. Will that look bad? I'm ok been on my own with medical people but not the public.
I'm just worried and wanting to know what i should not be caught in a trick that they might use at these centers?

Also got my pip review form to send off this week 13 months early I get the high rates for both after my last assessment 2yr ago.

Hope you can offer some advice and give me some idea of how it will be. Thank you

There is a section at the back of the ESA Claim guides that covers the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked.

If you are asked to perform an activity that would cause you pain or distress then you can refuse but make sure that you explain your reasons for the refusal.

Best of luck.
