Transfer over from MRC LRM DLA to pip was awarded 11 points for care and 4 points for mobility.Decided to ask for MR which come bk no change.Decided to appeal to tribunal waited 6 month to fight my little corner only for them to refuse my appeal and strip me of my award.
I feel Badly done to as a bloke from cab came along and didn't say very much only stated on what i wasn't happy with.I was ask a couple of questions and sent home with a decision to be posted out.
What is the next step as i feel i need to fight this

As you had help from the CAB I have to recommend that you speak to them first as they know you case.
Your only option for taking this further is if you can show that there was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision.
What is an Error of Law?
The first stage to doing this is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge of your hearing.
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
You say your existing award was removed, did the Judge warn you that this was a possibility at the start of the hearing? If they did not then this may constitute an Error.

At the start of the appeal judge asked my rep if i was aware there could remove point or add them but never warned me about removing all my award

Your representative should have understood that this was a warning that you existing award was unsafe and that you should have considered withdrawing your appeal. As the Judge appears to have issued the warning and you had trained advice available I would not expect this to be counted as an Error.

As you no longer have an award in payment there is no waiting time to submit a new claim
