Husband had his ESA medical yesterday. Was wondering when he can request the notes the assessor made.
Thanks

You can make the request now but for ESA the report is not usually released until after the claimant has received notice of the Decision.

Hi Gordon, Thanks will request it. Husband has fibromyalgia among other things and walks on 2 crutches and in a lot of pain. The assessor said she would write he declined exam on bed because he had told her he was in pain standing up. She also said because of this he may get called for a medical again? ... going through this was tough enough the once for him! Anxiety was thru the roof as had to sit waiting for 50 mins first and he was very sore so didnt fnd the words he needed to describe stuff. Assessor seemed ok but you never know. Also do you know how long decisions taking these days?

I have never heard of a second assessment under these circumstances so don't worry :)

ESA Decisions are taking 2-4 weeks at the moment.
