Was the badge awarded due to automatic entitlement or did your Local Authority assess you?

If it was automatic then I assume that you score at least 8 points for the Moving Around activity.

If by assessment then the criteria that the LAs use is more like the old DLA criteria than that used for PIP.

Either way I'm not sure there is a problem unless I have misunderstood.
