Had f2f 27/7/17
Requested report and arrived today
Called pip to ask if awarded yet today, they said letter sent couple days ago with award but she couldn't see what it was????
Does this sound strange

No, it sounds quite usual. Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer for your award letter.

Update
Phoned again today and it was just a case of letter not being scanned into system
I got erc but not mobility
I may be looking at mr as used to get low rate I have posted another thread regards this
