Adding up Points

Good evening everyone Today I went to my CAB appointment for logging a appeal, while the man was reading my paperwork he noticed that his words"well someone really cant add up". You have a total of 11 for daily living but where they wright you total points awarded for daily living are 15 when you read the little boxes the total is 11.
Now I am wondering if it is going to cause a problem in my appeal. other
For your information he said that appeal times in east Kent is around 6 months at this moment.

If I have understood correctly, the DWP credited you with 15 points, and awarded Enhanced award, when the points actually add up to 11 and, thus, only merit a standard award?

I would expect this to be a problem unless you can show that you should have scored extra points anyway.

HI Thank you for your replay Mrs Hurtyback sorry I forgot to say that I was not awarded Enhanced I have been awarded standard rate
.But when they added the points up they added up wrong with the points i got they awarded me total 11 but they have typed 15 not 11.

has anybody else got points in little boxes adding up wrong to there total??
