hi, i had my oral PIP hearing tuesday at fox court, i was very nervous plus my health was very poor but i still went cause i didnot want to loose the opportunity to put across my opinion and for them to see me in person and make the right desicion. i was awarded standard rate mobility and standard rate personal care. at my hearing there was 3 panel members all took turns to ask me questions about how my disability effected my mobility. i told them that i was not going to answer that as there was a DR in the panel and i had submitted medical evidence plus they had gathered their own evidence so there is no need for me to repeat or I was not DR with new medical breakthrough info and that they can see me and take notes and anwer that question. than was asked about thongs which was reported by the assessor who did my home visit. i confirmed info was false and the assessor was dishonest. after 30 mins and seeing me in allot of discomfort as i was havingt o sit stand, bend rotating between the three due to severe pain i was sent out the room. 15 mins later the judge came out and awarded me enhance rate for both personal care and mobility for 5 years. i was very happy so my advice would be attend even if you are in pain as that would give them a chance too see reality of your life. and be consistant and take all documents you have and give it to the court clark on arrival. good luck to you all

I have moved your post to it's own topic as it appeared to have no relation to the topic you had posted in.

Congratulations on the award and well done for arguing your case.
