ESA 0 points was created by kalpana
I was on ESA for 1 year. Was awarded 0 points in the health assesment, I have Fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, Anxiety and Depression, Artheritis and Joint capsulitus. I am now on Universal Credit. The jobcentre plus are really insisting me to find a paid job or atleast voluntary work. I have appealed for a ESA and going for a tribunal on 8th september. I am really stressed out about all this and dont know what to do or where to start from. i need some guidance on this. Please help.

Have you explained your circumstances to your JC+ advisor? I suspect that your difficulties stem from your ESA appeal not being recognised in regard the UC one.
Have you presented a Fit Note? It may be necessary for you to start a Limited Capability for Work process under UC, however, this presents a danger to any award that is made from your appeal as it will create a new, later Decision.
Try and get face to face advice from a trained advisor, there is considerable confusion over the operation of UC in situations like this at the moment, with JC+s implementing local policies that are not actually DWP guidance.

Thanks for your reply Gordon.
I have already been giving my fit notes to Esa as well as Uc. Have been for the Health assesment for UC and have scored 0 points on that too. Will be asking for Mandatory Reconsideration.
Thank you

I echo Gordon's advice to try and get some face to face advice from a trained advisor - there is still a lot of uncertainty and misunderstanding regarding UC, even among DWP personnel!
