Awarded PIP/Mob under new, not old points system was created by Daniel
On 04/08/2016 I claimed PIP. On 09/11/2016 I was awarded Daily Living/Enhanced. I was not awarded Mobility. On 30/11/2016 I requested a Mandatory Reconsideration of the Mobility. On 04/01/2017 I was still not awarded Mobility. On 25/02/2017 I appealed. I argued that I qualified for Mobility/11. Planning and following journeys/descriptor f, which would have scored me 12 points and Enhanced on the then old points system. On 02/08/2017 I had a Tribunal. It ruled that I qualified for Mobility/11. Planning and following journeys/descriptor e, which scored me 10 points and Standard on the now new points system.
Because my claim was under appeal before the new points system was brought in, shouldn't the Tribunal's decision that I met descriptor e be the 'e' of the old points system, which would score me 12 points/Enhanced, and not the 'e' of the new points system, which scored me 10 points/standard?

I'm afraid you have misunderstood the March change.
Descriptor (e) was not changed in Marc and has always scored 10 points.
Also, if you were assessed as meeting this Descriptor (e) then you could not be considered as meeting Descriptor (f) and 12 points, as the criteria for these two Descriptors are considered to be mutually exclusive. If you cannot leave your home then you cannot be assessed in regard to your following a route.
