TOPIC: Assesment lies

Assesment lies 2 weeks 4 days ago #196572

I received my dla to pip award this morning, standard care no mobility
I read the reasons why & cant believe this is about me!
Apparently I got out of the armchair with no problem despite the fact I don't have an armchair & wasn't asked to do anything physical!
The assessor has also put he doesn't think the various medication I'm on for MS can be classed as pain relief
I'm lodging a mandatory appeal but surely the assessor can't get away with these lies?

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I'm afraid I have seen to many of these reports on the forum to be able to offer any credible reasons for the content.

Please make sure that you use our PIP Claim and Appeal guides to help you through the process and if you have any further questions then please reply to this post.

Apparently I was seen to sit up, then stand then sit down again, even though I stayed in bed the whole time and my feet didn't once touch the floor.

Ps, I won my tribunal.
