In the past it has said medium term (18 months) but now I got the most recent one and it has no review date- says severe and enduring problems and overall evidence suggests little likelihood of work in the future.
Does this mean I have been given a long term award? I have tried asking by email the Maxiumus bit have no reply and don;t like phoning DWP.
Hi OB, I'm glad you have had a favourable decision
As you know, ESA is an indefinite award but there should be a review date on your DLA file. Maximus do not make the decision and do not have access to it, so the only way you can find out is to contact DWP.
Under normal circumstances (ie when assessments are not suspended due to backlogs) the longest period between reassessments, for claimants in the Support Group, is 3 years.
