Hi

has anyone else found themselves in this situation? I should say I live in france and have now attended my 3 medical assesment here. I won my Tribunal over 2 years ago and in Dec last year started the process of re assesment. I attended a Medical Assesment in April and have just been informed that ''teh Decision Makers have determiined there is insufficient info from my medical exam report to give a decision as to my work capabilty" You will all know how detailed teh first lot of paperwork is and now tehy have asked that I provide a detailed description of how I spend a " typical day"
When I attended my Tribunal the Judge made ref to teh poor standard of translation of my paperwork, so as to avoid the same thing happening I asked this new Doctor to use teh simplest forms of verbs possible but this has not helped; Before complying with tehir request I have asked them to provide me with a copy of teh Medical Assesment Report Translation, so that I may in the first instance check it and then pay to have it professionally done and Notarised so that it would be acceptable if we have to go to Tribunal again.
Does anyone have any experience of having to go to Tribunal twice? Despite all indications that tehre has been at teh very least no change or even a decline in tehir health?

Given the problems that you report with previous I would be cautious of relying on it being accepted by a new Tribunal panel that there has been no change or a deterioration in your conditions since you were last assessed.

Certainly raise the issue but remember that ultimately any Decision is based on how you are now, so you should ensure that you show you meet the criteria for a new award as a priority.

Thank you for your response, I wasn't looking at my situation from that perspective, so tath's useful. However my current stress revolves around how to reply to teh DM's lack of info?
Being asked to provide details of a typical day? As anyone suffering from a long term illness will tell you there is no such thing! I have looked at some of the site content but can't concentrate sufficiently to find if this question has already been asked and perhaps answered? Any pointers please? Thanking you in advance Uan

You may have already done this in your claim form but I would pick a day that corresponds to how you are on the majority of days, explain the limitations that you have with the PIP activities and then I would then explain how you are affected when you are worse. If you are still limited eve when you are at your best then include this as well.

I don't think you need to go into detail, perhaps a long sentence for each activity. You could use the formula for replying that is in the Claim as a template for your answers.
