I'm sorry but I am not having any problems with those links.

Be aware that these are not the documents provided to members, these are under the Members Only Guides link.

Your request for the documents will be treated as administrative process, it will have no impact on any reassessment that you make as none of the DWP staff involved in the process will be involved in your reassessment.

Thanks. The missing links haven't bothered me by the way, just thought it might be useful for you to know. Yes, being a member I found the documents needed. I have no idea why that link doesn't work for me, but hey, as long as it works for you and others that is all that matters I guess.

I heard by the way that the support group acceptance went down last year to 33% from 61% due to DWP moving the goal posts YET again in 2016. Have you found that to be true ?

There are still considerable delays in the ESA assessment process so we are not seeing huge numbers of members being reassessed for ESA at the moment, we have seen an increased number of claimants being moved from the SG to the WRAG, but the view is somewhat subjective as the numbers are still not high.

Hi Gordon. Just curious, but is it okay if I put in the ESA50 something like "I have been in the support group for x amount of years and feel this is the correct group for me" or does that sound stupid to mention ? If I include the previous assessments ESA85 with my ESA50 can I ask them to refer to that and is it likely to help if they read what happened at my last F2F ? I realise they are all assessed as new, but I thought it might help.

It's your form but statements like you have suggested, which lack any justification, are unlikely to help although I would not expect them to do any harm. To be placed in the SG you need to meet one or more of the associated Descriptors, these give you your reason.
