No, as I have significant problems with pain and fatigue and have a mixture of spasticity and weakness in my whole body due to neurological impairment (quadriplegic CP)

You will need to explain all this to the Decision Maker. These people have no medical training and are not able to understand that 'A' automatically leads to 'B' without having it spelled out to them.
