I'm confused. I won my PIP tribunal and got back my enhanced rates for both daily and mobility. ESA have given me back my disability prremiums back except for the severe disability premium, which I was getting before all this tribunal debacle happened.
Why haven't they given me back the SEVERE element please and can I ask for it back? There is no reason why they have stopped it. surely?

This often happens, you need to contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, they will need you to re-confirm that you live alone or should be treated as doing so and that no one claims Carers Allowance against you.
You may be able to provide the details over the phone but if not ask for an IS10 form to be sent to you. Either way remind them that it need to be backdated as the other Premium was.

Apparently it was a glitch on their side, six phone calls in four weeks has sorted the problem. Good job I am a tenacious sort of person. Thank you so much for the support on here.
