ESA50 form revised and sent in again?

My deadline for the ESA50 form for a reassessment was the 22.Sept. I suffer from complex mental health problems and was really struggling with completing the form in a way that would help my reassessment. I did manage to sent it in on time but in a really bad way. My question is if it is possible to rewrite or add to the descriptors on the form and sent it in again? I would also have a couple of supporting letters from health professionals that I forgot to submit. Thank you for your help.

Yes, do send in additional information. There are some delays in the process at the moment so it is unlikely that your case will be looked at before you can get it submitted!

You should explain why you are sending in the information. The assessors/DWP are supposed to take into account all information submitted (although it is up to them to decide how much 'weight' to give it).
