Well... it was such an awful experience, today we were given no dignity shouted at not allowed to express my difficulties, the assessor said she was unable to read my form so had to go through questions!! She was trying to put words into my mouth...pressing and pressing me to admit i could do things that I couldn't. Belittling my illness making opinionated remarks. Rude made to feel we were beggars for what I an entitled too.The assessor was complaining that she hasan't got enough time and was rushing through as quick as she could.I was not given the opportunity to answer..One of her comments was we are here because some who are on DLA for live that shouldnt be.....Not hopeful of positive outcome but I will appeal and I will report this nurse....nobody should have to be treated like this........I am on DLA high rate for both indefinately at the moment..

Sorry to hear this.

Any complaint needs to be made to the Assessment Provider.

Capita Complaints
www.capita-pip.co.uk/en/complaints.html

ATOS (IAS)
www.mypipassessment.co.uk/feedback/

You should be able to request a copy of the report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim later in the week.

PIP Decisions are taking 2-4 weeks at the moment.

Hi Gordon,

Thank you for your reply, I was told I have to wait until the letter arrives with the outcome before I can get the assessors report..

I have never gone through such an ordeal, no dignity,at all...

Regards,

Jacky

Try again, they have always held back the ESA reports but you should have no problem with requesting your PIP report.
