I am wondering what to put in the box Grounds for Appeal as everything DWP has put in their MR seems to centre on my cognitive ability which is hard to argue against as I dont have Learning disabilities but do have depression with psychosis and other aspects of anxiety but I am not very good at arguing my case.

It doesn't matter what the DWP have written, you need to supply your reasons why you believe that you should have scored points for the activities that you did not score as you expected.

Have you looked at the completed form in the Submissions document.

So I have posted my Court form but have realised I have put 2017 in the signature box will they reject it and return it as I am getting short of time now?

If it's a problem then I would expect them to contact you, but you could give the Tribunal Service a call to check if it is OK.

The Tribunal Service has sent me an acknowledgement letter so I presume it seems to have been accepted.

I am also on ESA contrib. in the support group and haven't had any contact by the DWP for a few years now other than regular payments. I read that my local authority is starting UC in May 2018, will this effect my ESA? I haven't had a medical since 2000 when it was Incapacity benefit and was given a transfer to ESA behind the scenes as I haven't any letters regarding IB to ESA transfer although I put in a SAR in 2010.

If the TS have accepted your appeal then you don't need to worry about the date.

Nobody receiving ESA at the moment will have to claim UC unless they need to make a new claim for one of the benefits that come under the UC umbrella. At some time in the future the DWP will migrate legacy benefit claimants to UC, but as they haven't even finished the migration of IB, SDA and IS claimants to ESA, which was supposed to have been completed in 2014, I wouldn't worry about it.
