We don't know how the assessor's treat these 'update' forms or whether they look at previous paperwork. We always suggest that claimants should supply any information they want the assessor/DWP to have.

A reassessment for change of circumstances will be treated exactly the same as any other reassessment - this includes any waiting period due to backlogs.
