Things have gone very bad PIP wise for me.

Midsummer got the PIP just want to see how you’re doing letter.
At this point, I discovered that the mental health team (depression) had not sent my GP or me the last two letter from my psychiatrist sessions, one per year.
This made things hard and I just got the letters from them in time to send not to miss my extended deadline.

Then I realised thing had gone wrong and were probably going to get worse.

The first one (oldest) said I had no sign of depression and was just a bit sad of a reason. This could not be more wrong but this is not the place for depth apart from to say it made me sound ‘wellish’.
I can only (cannot think of words) that they did not tell me I was supposedly cured.
I do think they increased the dosage of my pills and she said she would try to get someone to help me with my finances – This never happen.

The second appointment was better in that she ((locum) it is always a different one) listened to me rather than typing into her computer at the same time.
Her letter said I had Dysthymia (a form of depression) and said I should be seen again in three months as I needed some support just having finished group therapy which had made things worse – Did not happen.
In addition, her letter did not mention my suicide attempt.
She did up the dose of one pill.
Neither letter mentions side effects from the pills I am on.
Summary:
My medical mental notes for the last two years look nothing like what I have told PIP and I only got them 3ish months ago.
What I have told PIP is correct and my mental health notes have little bearing on reality.
Also I have developed physical problems this year: Shortness of breath, tire easily, back pain since I was assaulted earlier in the year and maybe a heart problem. This is a developing situation investigation.
I have: shortness of breath, back pain, fatigue (I usually have a lie down every 3-4 hours), memory problems (there’s not a hole in my mind, there’s some mind in my hole), comprehension problems and a tendency to interpret in a negative way and I have difficulties with public transport due to confusion. Plus various side effects.

Have just received a letter from my last shrink meeting (Aug) it notes my suicidal thinking but is not comprehensive.

Saw a GP (longish term young(?) locum) today and she could offer no help.

I’ve just realised PIP interview is mid-next week; either the letter took a long time to get here or I have lost time.

Any thoughts on what I can do. I don’t see how I can make much sense in the appointment or even get there. I’m alone.

Did you include the reports with your PIP2?

This is an assessment of how you are now, so a letter from two years ago can be argued as no longer being representative of your problems as they are now.

How have you explained your problems on the form, you talk about your conditions but not the limitations that result?

Did you make use of the "reliability" criteria?

The PIP Claim guide has a section that covers the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked.

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip

If you can provide more information then we may be able to help more.

I don't think its a pip2 is that not the application for pip?
I did not have to go for an interview to get pip.
Yes to all the stuff for pip application, I followed your stuff

This is a mid-term (full term=5 years) how are you doing; 001336/000004/000217.

Yes I put the reports in it's all I had.

The one that says I've been cured is over two years old, but I was on pip and cured (wrong) did not tell them and therefore have committed an offence?????

More info thinking...

How can I delay it???

I've only left my area 3 times since Apr, I have had trouble using public transport. The long one when I arrived at the main line station on the way home (so used a lot) I was disorientated, but tube that would get me some way home appeared so I grabed it. But it the most stupid way to do it as I could have got a train faster and direct but to confused to do that. I got of a one wrong satation on the route to the main station home.

what sort of more info are you looking for.

The medical people are useless, the group made things worse, they keep upping the pills and I keep crying.

Anything I say to pip will be used against me.

I think the shrink lot may have it in for me.

The one I saw the most before moving to the recovery section would ask me if I had money problems and said he knew it was hard on JSA - But he never told me about PIP.

I asked about support for esa and he said when it gets to tribunal hire the best lawer (jsa!) and we will help then.

Just before the esa interview I worte to ask for help and someone to come with me but no reply.

However I followed you booklet and got eas support group with no interview and pip 5 years with no interview.

The with no explanation the drop a nurse on me.

One of her first question was do you want to work again and the she did a sort of wca on me.

Also when I told her my story at one point she looked to me with the face of scon (pain seen it so many times before).

This when on one a month for the summer the just stopped.

It may have been for a new med I had just started but when I told her about the hallucination(s)she said it's just something you think you saw. Ther are no notes about this.

This destroyed my best chance for recovery, summer was just starting, I had 5 years breathing space and money - Time to get happy.

But the thought of her been out to get me screamed round and round my head all summer - This happens every time I have a plan to move forward, bolder from the sky, bang, every time.
