This process is clearly upsetting you so I think you should get assistance from your GP to help you manage your concerns.

As to the appointment, you can move it once but you can't avoid it in the long term. If you want to move it then contact the Assessment Provider, try and make the new appointment while you are on the phone, otherwise you risk the new one being for a date or venue that is inconvenient.

How far into the future can I move it?

Do I have to have a reason for them?

What sort of assistance should I be looking for from my (locum) GP?

The GP has not had a lot to do with the mental side of things.

Originally my claim was just depression orientated.

However I now have back problems following an assault.

I seem to have a heart condition of some sort now.

Also I seem to get exhausted very easily and may not be getting enough air as every now and then I sort of gasp some more in. This seems to be getting worse.

It's all rather just breaking physically, I should have seen the Doctor sooner but I was very ill following the assault (later April, approx one month before pip refresh arrived) and also I was hoping for a quick out - It's been a grim year.

I've told pip about the back but did not intend to make a big play of it just informed them.

Think I mentioned the heart and maybe exhaustion (not gasping) but I was not aware of how ill I maybe WRT exhaustion .

The GP seems to be concentrating on the heart and exhaustion plus blood pressure (already had) as it seems to have shot up.

Also have something going on with the liver but that may be OK.

It's hard for me to be fully sure what's going on with my metal state plus been tired -

I need to she her again as my cholesterol has shot up (was good 5ish month ago) and she has put me on statins. The side effects of which are aches and pains in the joints. The thing is I already have those but have not brought it up so I need to query this.

You mentioned reliably, I don't think I can do anything reliably - It's horrendous.

PS

What is the situation with them supplying transport or coming to me?

This is a definite issue.

I mention the GP for two reasons, the assessment is obviously having an effect on your health and you need help to get you through it, also they may be able to help you with providing evidence for your claim but only if you explain the problems that you have.

If you cannot do the PIP activities reliably then you need to explain why this is the case, remember that the "reliably" covers four terms, you can use these in any applicable way to explain your problems.

If you would have problems attending at the Assessment Provider's offices, then speak to your GP about this, they may be able to write a letter to the AP explaining why you cannot attend in the hope that a home assessment is offered, failing that they may be able to get the AP to provide a taxi.

I’ve rescheduled under two weeks from now.
I still had time to buy the ceiling future I need - Shame
Also they are paying (retrospectively) for a taxi, no Doctors note required, just told customers service why.

I had a slight feeling they were testing me on the phone.
It’s a shame they are not doing a home visit, my place would convince them, particularly the small flies because I am slow putting the rubbish out and let the washing up build up – I was never this way before

Seeing the GP today.
It’s hard to tell people what’s wrong with you when you are destroyed

New physical:
Heart, liver, cholesterol, tired, fatigue easily, high blood pressure and back pain. Had the blood pressure before but it seem to want to stay high. Can sleep for 30 hours – Quick toilet and drink breaks.

Depressed, sorrow, crying, confusion, whistling in the ears with occasional added electronic sounds, glaciers of snot, sweats, suicidal thoughts and preparations, very low self-esteem, inability to communicate with people, cannot do things reliable, hallucinations, miss reading things so they seem heavier, no future, paranoia, anxiety, panic attacks, blackouts, feeling faint, headache, cannot concentrate and thoughts that keep going round and round.

There is more but it’s hard to keep track.

My memory is destroyed I have great difficulty remembering recent things unless they are bad. This can result in things seeming like they were recent when they are not – complex with relationships. Yet I am remembering more of the distant past.
I was thinking where I would put a new fire alarm and I was thinking about somewhere I used to live not where I currently live.

I sometimes forget where I am and cannot remember fully what shops there are in places or which bus I should get or where it goes.

I notice the GP ask how often they see me to which I said once a year.
Shrink3 who I saw last November said I should be seen every three month, which did not happen. Three months later I went on a shopping expedition for a hanging and test my bed and door with rope. She did not record my suicide attempt.
I’ve just seen shrink4 she’s says 3 months but has not recorded the shopping for a hanging or rope test.

How are they supposed to help me if my medical records are toilet?

I don’t seem to do anything, everything is going backwards/falling apart.

With this PIP review, can they extend the length of my PIP? Come December I will be 18 months from its end and so to me I will feel like I’m in PIP mode none stop.
I’m in my last decade and the most useful 25% has gone down the pan so I want to run some numbers.
