Congratulations on the award.

There may be an LT54 which is completed by the Decision Maker, but this is not always produced, also an ESA113 if they contacted your husband's GP.

ESA is in effect an indefinite award with regular reassessment as a result the Decision does not include an end date or length of award, so I'm afraid you cannot challenge when he will be reassessed.
