Hang in there
the tribunal was not half has bad has the f2f they are human listen, don't try to catch you out and see you and your disability I fey a lot more relaxed the only down side it took a full year from start to finish. Once you appeal forget about it until you get a court date we had to wait aprox 20 weeks from Tribunal getting the appeal and the date

Hi Gordon
My daughter called the DWP today after the Tribunal took place on Monday 2nd October and they have received the decision notice but also stated that it had gone over to the appeals and they had 28 days to respond but nothing was marked against my decision!
So stressful. how often do they over turn the tribunal decision
The Tribunal Panel state the decision has been made on the medical evidence in the pip Pack and the Tribunal itself on seeing me and how I was on the day, I am 99% sure it wont be overturned as they recognise I have several things (Illnesses) but they pt a doubt in your mind (Mind Games) on there part.

It's quite rare and can only be done because there is a Error of Law in the Decision, not because they disagree with the Decision made.
