This is one of the areas when you can use reports from your ESA claim to support a PIP claim, but be aware that ESA only covers 50m so if you are hoping to show that you meet the 20m requirement for PIP, then it may actually be a hindrance to include the ESA report, unless it references a shorter distance.

As I said, if you are trying to meet the PIP criteria for 50m then the ESA report will certainly help with this, but if you are going for a shorter distance than it may not, it will depend on whether the ESA report specifies a shorter distance than the 50m or not. If doesn't then you are left needing to bridge the difference between 50m and 20m with other evidence.

All of your evidence and any submission you make for your appeal must be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before your hearing or you risk it being adjourned to a later date.
